Governance at Harlowbury

Harlowbury Primary School is set to join NET Academies Trust as part of the planned merger of Templefields Multi-Academy Trust into NET effective 1 September 2025—bringing Harlowbury and sister schools into the NET family with all governance and central Trust information hosted on NET’s platform. The governing bodies of each academy play a crucial role; they are the vision setters and strategic decision makers for their schools. They play a vital role in ensuring the very best possible education and provision for every child. Crucially, that means creating robust accountability for leaders at all levels by asking the right questions. We hope governors will use their skills and experience to support and enrich the school in a range of other ways. As well as making your skills available to the school, we hope that your time as a governor would provide you with valuable knowledge and experience.
